Ants started its journey from IIT Kharagpur and IIT Powai with a clear goal to establish India’s first Advanced Materials and Process Systems Company of Global Repute. From its humble beginning in 2006, Ants has travelled some distance. Along the way, Ants is now a group of companies namely Ants Ceramics and Ants Innovations and offer its products and services under two popular brands antsLAB™ and antsPROSYS™.

From the very beginning users of our products and services have been our mentors, patrons and partners, helping us grow, improve and become better and this process has been mutual. antsPROSYS™ is our heating solution ( Furnace) division which for more than 4 years Ants has built an enviable reputation for innovative design, advanced technology and outstanding quality in the field of electric furnaces for research, quality control and plant applications. 

Ants Ceramics is India’s first Advanced Materials Company with its origin in Academic Institutions and R&D Laboratories. Incorporated in 2006 the company aims to become a global player in the field of Advanced Materials.

Ants has created capabilities for Micro-machining of Sintered Ceramic Blocks of various materials like ZTA, Zirconia, SiC, AlN, BN, MACOR, PBN, Silicon Nitride, Quartz and various grades of Alumina. With this facility Ants is now offering machining of Ceramics in shapes and profiles just like metals. As with other products of Ants, this is one of its only kind of facility in India.

ANTS has started manufacturing High temperature furnace with salient features

A. Light Weight insulation for fast heating, cooling cycle and low power consumption

B. PID Temperature control available in all furnaces. Furnaces are fired using reliable Controller and SSR (Solid State Relays) combination which extends the life of heating element

C. Double body design with external air cooling keeps furnace surface at room temperature at highest temperature of operation.

Ants has over half a dozen patents in the field of colloidal processing of powders. The Company has an active Academia-Industry partnership with Indian Institute of Technology (India’s premier Technology and Engineering Institute). With this close association it has access to world class characterization facilities, R&D tools, equipments and has best trained engineers and material scientists working on new ideas, products and improvisations.
